It’s undeveloped and very much alone
It has no motive, no six o’clock phone call
No admiring glances...
No red pen checks at the end of the day

It’s a vacuum, like a negligent mind
Indifferent... like a desert with no sun
It’s full and it swells with its own meaning
Decidedly pregnant with profitable polluted air

It’s a philosophy that makes you bow your head
and quicken your step as you embrace it
Disastrous, it’s like a charity where all you can do is feed it
...and all it can do is swallow

I like this Bluesy. I just seem to have missed the 'what' of the subject. I know, I know, I'm not the brightest crayon in the box. Forgive me. ~L

I'm with Lorti on this one. Great wordplay, but have no idea what it means.

It's a little bit corporate, a little bit political,
a little bit environmental...

...and a whole lot of streaming *abstraction.

I always appreciate your reading, though.

*I also sculpt some. Can you imagine what these pieces must look like?

Many thanks to you, Jerry.

It's difficult at times to keep my thoughts aligned.
I'm juggling several realities and dropping them occasionally.

Ever have days like that?

Bluesy!
You absolutely MUST post a pic of one of your pieces and your feelings about it. That would be sooo waay cool! Don't mean to be pushy or bossy, I'm just enthusiastic. I LOVE sculpture.

Actually, Miss Lori, Linny and I have a plan
to publish when she comes home.

The volume will be illustrated by her and include some photos
of sculptures to help define a few of the chapters.

We have many stories to tell that we think may be of interest to readers. We've been planning it for many years now.
The first order of business is to get my little gal home. It's mind-boggling, my dear.

Thanks for your "enthusiasm". But aren't you being just a little, "bossy?" Ha-ha-ha!

I don't like to think of it as being bossy, I prefer to think of it as exercising my leadership skills. ~L
