Spinning like a quail
from a slot machine
not worth enough
to buy your dreams

You pinned your hopes
on dollars not quails
Learning the one who quits
is the one who fails...

What about the one who just says 'uncle!'.  How did that get started anyway? "Say uncle!" usually along with a nice head lock.
You got me thinking this morning. ~L

Ahhh . . . To quit makes you a quitter. Redundant, eh?

You're so physical, Miss Lori...and relating violence to family members yet!

Being a "quitter" isn't always such a bad thing.
I've quit things and I'm still around to celebrate it. I'd wager you have too, Jerry.
