Spring and winter
are teeter-tottering;
spring into her beginning,
winter into his ending.
Spring is up
and we have sunshine
and eighty degrees.
Up comes winter
and we have snow
and below freezing temps.
Every year it is the same.
They take turns
teetering and tottering
as they trade places.
And every year
we seem so surprised
at the changing.
Like a baby
playing peek-a-boo.

"And every year

Perfectly thought out and said. And so very true.

Sometimes, we treat the changing of the seasons (Winter & Spring in particular) as though we're experiencing them for the very first time.

Lovemaking should be like that...maybe.

Thanks Jerry. It is hard to catch a break here on the warm days it tends to be real windy, gusts up to 70mph western KS. ~L
