Meeting you has forever changed my life It's hard to put into words, I will try for you Most of my life I have walked alone I trust you though, somehow I just knew I sit here with this huge smile For it finally happened to me I met the truest of friends My heart finally set free I come to you as I am This is the real me Nothing more & nothing less Soul bared for you to see There is a peace in my heart A feeling I have never known Like going somewhere for a long time That feeling of coming home I will never hurt you Always be there Forever I will stand by your side To show you that I care This was fate It has to be true I will be forever grateful Now that I've met you "If you can dream it, you can achieve it" |

This is a great 'feel-good' slice of poetry pie Miss Kennedy! If I slap anyone down today, I'm gonna do it with a 32 tooth salute! Many 88's your way! She told me "play one for your supper Danny and maybe you'll get breakfast". |

Ah, new love! What an incomparable feeling. It is the most powerful all natural drug known to man! The best to you! May this grow into a lifetime of happiness. ~L |

One of, if not the, best love poems I have ever read. You bared yourself to your love holding nothing back. To give of yourself so honestly is a wonderful thing. ~*~ When they give you ruled paper write sideways. ~*~ |

What a wonderful happening. I married when I was two months shy of seventeen, so although I thought I was in love, I had no real idea of what it meant as I was very naive. Over the years (forty seven of them) I learned the true meaning. of the word, and found out I had made the right choice even though others said it would never last. I wish you the same happiness it brought to me. best to you, Jo P.S. if this is "a love poem" and not a true story, You did a great job of writing it. |
