adrift in dreaming blues the river streams by crimson hues last light trembles on the wings of the night heron's flight sheltered for a night in the open hut by the rising tide of time engulfed by dark water swirls calling calling calling I float away eyes open to the starry fields unblinking Ink runs from the corners of my mouth |
