Tracks of Our Dreams Just beyond a chilled and pensive sunset, on this forgotten corner of the ever-spinning world, as constellations begin their diurnal drift across a dome of midnight blue, a spectral floss of evening mist still dances with the first moonbeams and shadows, though these ‘endless’ hills out of Time, until the winnowing wind sweeps a thousand wooded glens and meadows clean. This is the nether-land of all forsaken wanderers following the tracts of our faded memories, lost loves, and elusive dreams. Which is truly lonelier on any night such as this these deep mountain forests or the ancient restless sea? --- b. e. adams (4/24/2014) |

Okay. Had to look up diurnal. Now I know. A very introspective piece of poetry putting together thoughts and images, which eventually lead to a lonely moment in time. ~*~ Why is bra singular and panties plural? ~*~ |

You capture the majesty of our world and the depth of feelings when you listen to the profound silence revealing mysteries. Margherita |
