Spring Upstaged A dark-menacing grey sky of glowering cloud, angry northwest wind, and driving snow mocks this early April day. This is a Winter that won’t let go of these ‘endless’ hills and the lonely mind and heart. Love and hope and Spring seem so very, very far away in some nether-world of nebulous dreams. ---- b. e. adams |

Interesting way you structure your writing. I haven't seen a structure like this, I mean, there are similarities to other styles I've seen, but you have your own unique energy that resonates between the words. As if each word is linked with a nice, permeating feeling. I enjoyed it. I'll definitely be looking out for more of your posts in the future. |

Must be an older poem brought back to life. It isn't April yet. Still, the message is the same, and what's two more days anyway? ~*~ In America, anyone can become president. That's the problem. ~*~ |

nope ... It's a brand new poem; however, I couldn't use the word Spring twice in there (too redundant) so I just stuck in April since it will be here on Tues. anyway ... It has only been very, very seldom that I re-posted any previous and/or re-worked 'writes.' ... it is still snowing heavily here in the 'endless' mts. of ol' Appalachia (unpredicted storm) ... |

The weather is beautiful here and my flowers are blooming. The only problem is an occasional earthquake. Ida |
