          Omniverse
  (your love and Spring)

The new-moon Winter night
is cold and dark and deep;
the distance  too far
between our hearts in
this boundless Omniverse
of eternal transience, Time,
   and change.
There is only the ‘now’
in which to dream and
the delicious perpetual
hope and promise of
your love and Spring.

Love the new word (for me) and I'm guessing it means all encompassing, but maybe not, still that meaning fits what I think. As usual your poetical scribbling is first rate.
