'Home' in the bleak and bitter grasp of Winter’s most merciless chill by the soft and dewy rose-colored warmth of a gentle Spring dawn beneath the blistering heat of any sultry Summer sun amid the magnificence of Autumn’s rainbow-fire painted world Through all the ever-rolling change of years and seasons in the mystery of Time whatever and wherever I might be or do or roam … only you are ‘home!’ --- b. e. adams (3/16/2014) |

Over the years I have had the displeasure to not feel at home wherever I roamed. Only now, that the end is nearer that I feel comfortable enough with myself that I can call The Hovel home. Nice work Bruce. ~*~ Better pass boldly into that other world, in the full glory of some passion, than fade and wither dismally with age.--James Joyce ~*~ |
