I also hope that your new year is blessed with good humor! Ha! This is what can happen when old hands try to use an old memory skill - "touch typing" learned on a manual typewriter from countless decades ago - to knock something out on a laptop. Some here will remember "touch typing". As I recall, it was as much about speed as anything. So, good speed to all in your new year! The day still short in the cold north latitudes The year's promise long |

Oh yeah, I remember touch typing, these days I pick and peck . . . ~*~ Your past is just a story. Once you realize this, it has no power over you. ~*~ |

I remember I sucked at it! I still have to look at my fingers...at least I can use more than two at a time. I enjoyed your observations on the New Year. Lori |

I remember taking typing as a freshman in high school.. little did i know how relevant that choice would be.. i guess what i do is, touch typing.. my fingers just dance on the keys while i ponder.. i dont look at the keys, i look at the words that often look at me back.. happy new year to you too Krawdad |

Krawdad, I grew up learning on a manual of my grandfather's. I was glad when electric keyboards came into play. Just revisiting some older poems from this year...so, here's to a Merry Christmas to you [redux] and a Happy New Year, once again! Hugs! |
