The Power of Love and Forgiveness Now that yesterday is gone and I can see the error of my ways I can more clearly understand how wrong choices came into play, so many times I was hurt by others and I responded in anger and pain, when love and forgiveness would have been the better way to stop the falling rain; for when you forgive love lives within your heart and when you hold onto pain and anger your peaceful world falls apart. JamesLee 12/3/16 "And when they had come to the place called Calvary, there they crucified Him, and the criminals, one on the right hand and the other on the left. Then Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do." And they divided His garments and cast lots."...Luke 23:33,34. |

I'm not much on religious-themed poetry, James, but you made sense here. ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

JM - How much less civilized would we be without the capacity to love and forgive. Fortunately somebody up high was thinking ahead even when we couldn't. Makes ya think. Enjoyed your work James. Namyh |

It surely is a difficult pill to swallow, but it is the better solution |
