Who leaves to blowing winds The winds to blow their leaves No one can tell them where to land. But the hope of each one is to land in your garden and see you smiling at them from your window I want to die in my sleep like my grandfather...not like the passengers screaming in the back of his car. |

Ahhh . . . My childhood beckons to me when I think of falling leaves. We used to pile them up in a big heap and run and jump into the middle of it. Simple childhood memories are the best ones I believe. ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

Good to see your pennings again Stacy. Tell me of the older, dryer leaves that have left the billy tree you once loved. One ladle serves the soup that feeds the mouths of the many. |
