Sunset on the Beach

Among the coconut trees
upon the sandy beach
a dozen Tahitian dancers
perform within my reach,
they move with the drumbeat
I take this beauty in
knowing they love to dance,
one is a friend;
she moves me with her rhythm
her intensity brings a smile to my face
as we all lavish in this sunset
sharing the Love and Aloha of this place.
