Into the Future

"Yes, I had failures in my past, but my
hope is I will have future successes
beyond my expectations."

Thoughts of past failures
linger in my memory
but today all I can do is say
I'm sorry, and hope those
I have hurt will forgive me.
Know this, though I am imperfect,
God is Love and Forgiveness,
and He is Grace and Mercy;
all good things come from God.
As I receive His blessings
I will move forward into a future
wanting and needing to make
better choices.

It takes hope, followed by commitment. Prayerful action should always be in God's interest and to glorify Him.

Those finding it difficult to forgive still have their forgiveness buried under emotion. Time and new memories must mix things up a bit first
