        The Search

All of my conscious life I have
been searching for you with
a heart of deepest passion;
yet only now do I know the
unfathomable ecstasy of
beholding, as with a thousand
eyes, the charm, beauty, and
magnificent grace not only of
face, form, smile, and voice
but of the lovely mind, heart,
and boundless spirit with which
you charm this world and
shame the sun, moon, stars
and even the first and finest
   blush of Spring.
