Not entirely. At least poets are being read. That's something. ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

How can good poetry ever be wasted if its posted for others to read? You write good poetry so why do you post it? For us to read of course! If I were more than I am, I'd see things differently instead of the same all the time. |

In spite of the debatable theme, the relationship of site-posted poetry to "tears in the rain" is good. More feelings and fewer words please |

But you have re-emerged from the past to share this pearl with us, dear Garapan! No doubt there is an incredible amount of poetry which will never reach the "great public", but on our poetry sites we reciprocally enjoy our efforts. I think, if even one person, finds joy in reading a poem, it is not wasted. And it is not even wasted when it is only written by the Author and never read by anyone else. A little piece of emotion creates vibrations that make a difference. Love, Margherita "Forget every touch or sound that did not teach you how to dance." |
