We had heard about him, but he wasn't famous yet. He played in an open air concert in a town not far from where I lived. I saw him there and was instantly a fan. I also looked around at the girls in that audience, not one of them would have hesitated to shed their clothes if that man had asked them to. Us guys tried to not like him because of the way the girls acted about him. We couldn't. He was just too darn good. More of a Dylan fan myself though Elvis was the better singer but then most were. Still when Dylan opened his mouth you still had to listen. Nothing like the old ones is there mate. |
