The snow is pretty
still falling, he scribes a note of love
upon the waiting windshield

very soon the ink of white
dissipates, that which wore the
arrow's ink, now cleared
by the late day sun

but etched within the heart
that viewed the artist's moment

is a ring and a reminder

of all that's free and falling
beyond the frozen moment

and now cradled and protected
deep along a lifetime
in sweet memory to rewind

Ah, those "sweet memories" beckon to one and all, eh . . . .

Now that is good poetry!

The whole poem is excellent, but that is my favorite stanza.
