Cinnamon Hands |

Cinnamon Hands~ Rolled out.. soft dough, fingers warm manipulated, turned and sprinkled with spice, Cinnamon..again and again, brown sugar heaped, handled with care, then hot from the oven spilling butter to salivating tongue. Your tasty confection, decadent pastry, created from the master Baker, not the Butcher, or the Candlestick maker. The Man with Cinnamon hands, who makes sweet love on the pantry floor. ©Jan~ |

From pin to tongue, this poem of yours is daintily prepared rainyday. Fresh baked from an oven comes the tastiest morsels indeed, though the ending may lead one such as myself, to the most provocative of interpretations. Cinnamon = Sin-a-mon = Sinner-man = Mr Martini Coffee, black s'il vous plaît. Here's to you and here's to me and should we ever disagree, here's to me! |

Warm cinnamon rolls on a cold day are close to heaven. And this little poem is sweet praise for the blessed hands that create that bit of heaven on earth. Loved it!~L |
