Lift your veil my dear sweet Luna
Envelope me in your radiant light
Know me in all your ways my lovely
Leave me not this orphaned night

Spill my blood for you dear Luna
Aire sweet flowers of the dead
Scarlet spirits writhe in rhythms
Painting patterns upon the bed

Reach then in my heart sweet Luna
Find the words for you are true
I knew you in my way dear Luna
Now know my dying love for you

Here's to you and here's to me and should we ever disagree, here's to me!

Oh creep on Mr. Martini! There is something akin to a car wreck that won't let a person look away from your words even though they know something repulsive lurks and lingers.  You have a gift, or are you cursed? Fine writing either way. My first encounter with a bloody muse. ~L

If your poetry is in dedication to the 'bloody supermoon' Mr. Martini, fear not, for you will have another opportunity in 2033.

I myself, may have expired by then in spite of my optimism to the contrary.

Splendid read Mr. Martini!

I actually found this poem almost easygoing. I love your poems and always remember to brace for your sinister ways, (I say this with the sweetest of smiles, sir).

Another good one!

You please me in every word of reply, each and every one of you, now and perhaps those to come.

I shall,as you say Lori Rhoden, "creep on'. You are attractively bold, I'm certain.   Madam jjote, I shall think of you each time I approach my "fridge". Imagine how you might stick to my extraordinarily large freezer.  Ticklefingers, I shall say to you that any way you see it, I will see it as a compliment. Constance my dear, you must have the most appetizing smile love, and you grace my words with your presence.
