You are so good at the 5-7-5 style of poetry. ~*~ When they give you ruled paper write sideways. ~*~ |

Thanks! I enjoy it, it is a good exercise for me to get the mind in poetic focus. Good morning! ~L |

Every time I hear the term 'killing frost', Michael Murphy's song 'Wildfire' floats up from the sea-bottom of my sunken memories. Your pattern is also one I thoroughly enjoy and you construct them beautifully. That being said, I haven't yet been away from the frigid temperatures long enough to miss them, if I ever do. The so-called 'cold' here in my slice of Louisiana is a heat wave in Northern Wisconsin. I still have clothes here that Admiral Byrd would be envious of. Good read Miss Lori. Now then... 'Put another log on the fire' woman! ![]() 88's atcha She told me "play one for your supper Danny and maybe you'll get breakfast". |

TF talk about bringing back memories! " Throw another log on the fire" takes me back to an old farm house we lived in that was heated by woodstove only. Talk about feezin' yer keester! I couldn't handle that today. ~L |
