Morning becomes him. He hides behind the dunes of past evils; attempts to dance a Beach-Boy serenade. But the sea knows where he hides: he's dressed in words of false regret. Tango, madam? No, I see your strut of shame. Lie down, the sea is coming. If only for the truth....... let her take you down. |

Liked the "Beach-Boys" serenade Red. For me, your line of poetry made me think of Sandy Point, at Lake Zurich where the loudspeaker barked out Orange Julius concoctions between "Barbara Ann" and "Surfer Girl". Gotta hand it to you, your poetry was a good read friend. 88's atcha She told me "play one for your supper Danny and maybe you'll get breakfast". |

If I still remember it right, there's a song that says "moonlight becomes you"...this is reminiscent of it..and I like the sea knows where he hides |
