A Humble Man Will Honor God

"And do not fear those who kill the body but
cannot kill the soul, but rather fear Him who
is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."
Matthew 10:28

A foolish man will believe all that he has
and all he has accomplished was only him,
this is a reality driven by the pride of life.

A wise man will know that the life he has, and
all his possessions, are only temporary earthly
blessings, given to him by a God that loves him,
and a God concerned for his soul to live on in
eternity also.

A humble man will Honor God.

Praise God from whom all blessings flow,
praise God the Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

"But the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the
dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from
the dead will also give life to your mortal
bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you."
Romans 8:11

Matthew 10 is one of the most powerful chapters in the bible. Verse 28 makes the most intimidating human seem no more than a mere kitten.

And that is an understatement.
