Lost Ships Upon the Ocean

The girl had crimson red hair.

You could see it from everywhere,

and it was kind of cool

the way it lay on her

shoulders so lush and full.

I will always remember her smile,

one thing you always remember is the smiles,

it seems they come and go after awhile;

and as soon as the smile goes

so goes her devotion,

and you find yourself SOS

like a lost ship upon the ocean.

Been lost on that ocean myself...  It's really a good thing when there's not so much negativity in the getting lost that you can still appreciate those smiles.  Enjoyed your thoughts here.
