O- God- I was cheated
And ruthlessly defeated

I was cruelly enticed
My joy got sacrificed

I became mentally blind
As I felt someone was kind

Unfortunately I am deceived
By a plan devilishly conceived

I ran behind a wrong thing
And now I have lost a spring

To turn joyful, I was eager
Now, I struggle like a beggar

I have at last wisely realized
Thank God, hope has materialized

Let me be wise from now onward
So that peace will be delivered

Here is my hope that from this day forward may wisdom play a huge part in future situations you find yourself in. Sounds as though you have learned a valuable lesson which should last you a lifetime.
