My Dad left us
when I was two –

fast forward 7 decades

Thanks Dad,

for all the empty years.

Thank God
I was a better father
than you.

they say when a parent isn't their for you or does things you don't like or agree with, it can make you more determined to succeed; looks like that's true in this case...james
