And in that wind
you would find many colors of magnitude
each one signifying the love
I feel for you every time our eyes meet.

And even though our eyes haven't actually met
I still feel you in the depths of who I am
Like the ocean meets the sand
We know one another in ways that can't be explained

You say my name
And it's as if I am hearing it for the first time
The essence of you who you are
Surrounding me and almost taking my breath away

This is not a physical love
It is the highest connection between two beings
Our names have been written in the stars
As our love echoes in the wind

The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.

Congrats on finding such a beautiful connection Amy!

And for sharing, I like the way this just melts into strong yearning- then solidifies at the end

I'm pretty sure I understand where you are coming from, Aimster. I subscribe to the theory that even though we may not physically meet in this life, there is an afterlife which awaits us. I am NOT talking about Heaven.

This is beautiful, Amy.  I love the image this gives of you almost being wholly defined as you hear your name spoken.  Lovely, and powerful.
