Deep within its circumference you are held by the colors that bleed intermittently red over yellow and the orange frost of a November nightengale you are the icicle that slays my relentless heart intravenous drip drip drip you have yet to land longer than the songbird slipping off a random blue feather of his most likely, without intention but by pure faith a bit of imagination and the cockeyed optimist within I choose to accept, though merely self orchestrated, this offering from you [This message has been edited by EmmaRose (01-27-2015 02:33 PM).] |

great 'write' ... particularly fine line: "you are the icicle that slays my relentless heart" That about 'sums it up' for me (all my 'experiences' with love) ... and, I was NOT the 'icicle' ! |
