Lights on the Harborside

Ophelia she's dancing
by the lights out on the harborside
and I'm out of my mind, hopelessly romancing
that we could spend forever with the lights
out on the harborside

Simplicity defined
the dictionary in her smile
oh destiny lady treat me kind
keep a crescent moon for your style
summer days cooling like dreams, soaking into the pillows
and eyes flash lustily under seashore willows
implicitly remind me
September is silently creeping up on me now
but till the first leaf falls
I'll be standing ten feet tall
together with Ophelia dancing
by the lights on the harborside

Ophelia at last chance
I'm in love out on the harborside
she brings an uncomplicated warming expanse
from her true blue eyes, mingle with the lights
out on the harborside

Mystically shine
the diamond in her smile
oh woman wonderful so very fine
stay like a sweet taste of summertime
melting on my tongue, be the one star halo in the sky
baptize this infidel boy with your love like a sigh
patiently remind me
Summer begins only to end spectacularly
but till the end of sunshine
I'll blend your heart with mine
stay with me Ophelia, tiny dancer
by the lights on the harborside

Ophelia she's dancing
by the lights out on the harborside
