to follow my heart
but I find myself
losing my mind

I can't decide
which piece
I should follow

A perfect representation of what happens when we are stuck between rationality and emotions. Meditation could help to find the right balance maybe.

Emotion, tempered by common sense is the best way to go, hard at times, but having the heart alone rule the situation, is generally a losing proposition.
