PATHS AND PAUSES 26 January 2012 What whisper-wonders we have travelled meandering through grasslands waving shades of summer gold, and on tiptoe pathways through dark green forests serenading us their secret sorrows where we paused to sip from chattering pristine streams which like wildest wine, intoxicated our gaze into each other’s body-souls and then to sit communing on a rough-barked log that immersed its story into ours. You read my heart and sing me yours and we dance and twirl as one and touch-heart-serious flows into whimsy-whirl and back and forth and back again How you love to shelter me, rock-strong, from harm and how I bask, blissful, in your eager guardian arms. Thank you, Belle, for your gentle reply. It is not always easy to find that inner peace and calm, but it is well worth the effort and a soothing, comforting and safe haven against onslaughts. I am deeply glad you found it inspiring. Smiles. Owl |
