Yesterday, we had to put the dreaded flea medicine on the poor cats They all scattered We chased them down Also made sure all the rooms were shut off so they would not escape We caught the first 3 cats fairly easy But when it came to catching LeeLee it was a nightmare She ran all over the place and made sure she got in spaces you could not get to her Finally she tired out or so we thought I picked LeeLee up Mom had the flea medicine posed and ready to put on Then LeeLee started to fight and squirm Her claws were tearing into my hands, fingers and chest Finally I let her free We still needed to get the flea medicine on LeeLee So mom hunted down a towel to wrap her body in I caught LeeLee once more Mom wrapped her in the towel as she fought and clawed In the end LeeLee lost the battle and the flea medicine was finally put on When the family is together, the soul is at peace - Russian Proverb |
