            Wildflowers of the Heart

The first cherry blossoms are trimmed
in tremulous white, sparkling dew,
  and morning light,
as restless early Spring rises with the dawn
to a sweet, soft rain and gentle breeze
of eternal freshness, infinite renewal, and
  boundless promise.
As the bear awakes from Winter slumber,
so do our finest dreams of perfect love …
They are the wildflowers of the heart.

This is a really good poem. I can't fault it at all. It reads well and has a beautiful message.

Who could pass up the beauty of Spring, wildflowers and cherry blossoms. You paint it perfectly.

Soft rain, gentle breezes and Cherry Blossoms. You just reminded me that it is spring in Salem and made me a lttle homesick, remembering all that is beautiful.
