Dead Sea Scroll I watch the rippling water still, And yet I know the wave flows on. As if I were upon the rill— The hope, the will, the spirit drawn. I know not what caused the great splash Which gave life curiosity. I but know 'tis a blinding flash That encompasses all of me. I roll with it, by surge— by pull. I taste its mist in every breath. I hear its song, caught by the lull. A peace that far surpasses death. I linger there, in moments passed, Until they fade from memory... Await but another stone cast To bring forth life from this dead sea. Michael Anderson 12/13/2013 |

quote: Amazing how you express you emotions, dear Michael. The imagery is incredibly powerful. Somewhere, not far away from this dead sea, there are waters that call out to you with their vibrant colors and abundance of life, now. Your words are extremely touching. Love and peace. Margherita |

Enjoyed this. Never thought that way of the casting of stones. Life is as small and as large as a stone's ripple? Like the butterfly's wings? |
