surely you can't presume a lad to become totally and devoutly decadent and depraved until said child has been sent to a good school such words penned maybe not exactly like above by H.H. (Saki) Munro so I've been led to believe and really why would they lie then again why wouldn't they homo sapiensRUs borne from one of two long ago events God in Heaven bored out of His Heavenly skull (God has a skull?) took his magic and created the universe still bored (one of those days) He made appear plants and water and . . . things on one of the worlds and called it Earth still, something wasn't right ah the image of Me was next to come little egocentric I would presume but who am I to presume made a man which was good uh, but the man seemed somewhat lost as to what to do so He gave man (wo)man ah, that's more like it man figured out what to do PDQ and they've been fighting ever since God has a very weird sense of humor anyway that's one version another version (which actually kinda, maybe, makes more sense) is that we homo sapiens climbed out of the ocean learned how to breathe the air (air may have been different back then) grew feet and this and that and voilà! man man and woman well, not exactly see, we were more on the uh lower scale of the food chain had to learn the law of the jungle as it were tough going still . . . we preserved finally made it up the chain to the great apes oh boy now things were looking up don't'cha know don't laugh didn't-ja see "Planet of the Apes?" jeez anyhow, and I'm not smart enough to explain how it worked but hell way I heard it apesRUs except now we're human whatever that means have we stopped evolving maybe could be we're going backward tell the truth explaining the Creation Crusade and the Evolution Epigone have flat out worn me down besides, I got carried away it's better usually to use Ockham's Razor way of 'splaining things ~*~ Your fences need to be horse-high, pig-tight and bull-strong. ~*~ [This message has been edited by paderewski (12-18-2013 09:01 AM).] |

have we stopped evolving? Ahhh the mystery of our origin! You treat this theme with a mischievous smile upon your pen. Human dignity somehow sadly fails to surface, despite the hard lessons learned. I appreciate your work and how it makes us ponder and ponder and ponder ...  Margherita |

No. The so-called civilized world has much to ponder as well, and when we are through with all of our pondering we lapse back into the tried and untrue ways of before. When. Are. We. Going. To. Stop. But no one seems to really know and nobody seems to know which Planets? Some think we evolved from the sea not as full grown sea maids and men but maybe tadpoles which over the years did also keep evolving Some seem to think the Aliens were seen and written about in a book called the Bible and some seem to think from Davey's locker. Who really knows? Hidden caves still found beneath the seas and there are many down there in the deep deep deep. Where darkness rules. Many more caves in the hills and mountains where maybe waters spilled through and carved them out. Maybe these caves were once above the earth and people found a way to live down under water when the mountains sunk and later learned to live above ground when they emerged.The world is a mysterious place and fun to ponder but who or what will ever really know the truth? You can send rockets to the skies and soon so many will be flying around up there maybe one will land on another place. Will it also have waters deep or caves and mountains standing high? So many mysteries yet to discover and I wonder if we will ever know the whole of it. I see in my mind so many countries shooting rockets to the heights and so many to the low, but I never see in my mind a finish end. Just an never ending story. So many rockets from here and there. Do we have an agreement as to when and where we will shoot them? will they collide and splatter leaving miles of burned and ruined pieces of technology over Earth. Oh my dear Pat.Me thinks I should go to bed to dream perhaps and ~~~~~~~ good night sir you have made my senses scream out.jo |

Whoa~~~~~Jo, you really got into the swing of things with your wonderful comment. Yep, you got it right about the many mindsets of the"creation." The birth and life of Christ has been the one taking center stage, mainly because of the written word, no matter how contradictory it is.
