Truth and Kind Intentions On such a bleak, grey late November Day of howling wind and wheeling sky, bereft of all joy and color, when the dark wolves of Winter come a callin,’ with only the faint, dry sound of dead leaves in passing, as we tread a path of pathlessness, where even Time seems frozen in a moment hung on the sunset cusp of life in transformation to abject nothingness or something far greater beyond this vale of absurdity and ultimate loss as to why we were even here?! One can only hope that seeking the ever-elusive truth and living with the kindest of intentions might somewhere, somehow have mattered. --- b. e. adams (for 11/30/2013) |

This, in my opinion, is the best poem I have ever read of you, Bruce. You allowed yourself to escape into the world of wondering and questioning. Superb. ~*~ When they give you ruled paper write sideways. ~*~ |

Thank you! Well, I guess it certainly isn't the "happy/smarmy pseudo-sentimental syrup-dipped tripe" that one of my (many) 'critics' accused me of always writing! |

I have to agree with Jerry, Bruce. A new dimension of you. One of your very best. As for critics...I only worry about the ones who have something better to offer. You have very few worries. Ida |
