The Love Coat

I hope you will always choose
to wear my love like a grand-favorite
old coat that you would wish
each day to not be without ...
infinitely real and comfortable
with boundlessly deep pockets
filled with only the finest memories.

This is a super metaphor for love! The feeling is tangible through your words. The deep pockets are a perfect detail. This is a wonderful poem that leaves the reader feeling "hugged and snuggled"
