Autumnal Requiem From where comes the lonely Autumn wind through a thousand miles of grey-sullen clouds and empty trees, on a dismal rainy dawn when there are no more leaves to do their spiral dance of death … only pine cones falling now on the barren slopes of drear November, in the wake of this shadowless wanderer, along the deadly razor edge of a bleak-relentless Winter of life, forever far beyond the fleeting bloom of Summer's promise and the cruel, ephemeral song of Spring. --- b. e. adams (10/18/201) |

Bruce, “requiem”, “death”, “drear”, “bleak”, “cruel” in your pen become Nature’s foreground brushstrokes of her wild and realist artwork. Owl |

10/18 was the date 'Kacy' first fell ill. The advanced C.R.C. was initially misdiagnosed. Another 'light' left this poetry board and the world with her passing. |
