INSANITY IS 17 October 2013 Insanity is buying peanut butter in a dented plastic bottle, to save its feelings from being hurt because nobody else wanted it. Insanity reaches danger levels on writing a welcome home note to Bongani, the car of the tenant, in the outside room, when he, Bongani, had been in hospital for five days after a CV-joint transplant, and Vuyo, his daddy, had been on day shift and unable to bring him home. Giggles and smiles and thanks, Martyjo. I once tried sanity for half an hour, but the effort drove me insane for good, to the point, that I don’t truly trust the sane, lol! Besides, (reasonably controlled) insanity is so much more fun . . . more painful yes, but pain is just a challenge to be overcome, says she whose inexplicable health does not give her the right to presume that about physical pain. And there I go again, with my insane and inane ramblings . . . Owl |

A fair assessment of the state, but I like Einstein's definition: Insanity is doing the exact same thing over and over, expecting different results. |

Thank you for your reply, John. What Einstein missed, though, (and I am thinking mainly from a database developer's point of view) is that sometimes doing the same thing over and looking for different causes is useful and does provide different results. Owl |
