Once a path with light did shine Nothing mattered plenty of wine No thought of loosing such thing as time Foolish fun days those of mine Fun not foolish now grown older Want to grab life and turn it over See every rock under every bolder Feel all of it before I grow colder To meld minds with those I love Thanking daily God above A life lived in constant learning Ending not in painful yearning © Copyright 2003 Connie McDonald - All Rights Reserved |
