Never thought I find myself saying this my friend, but this one is going right over my head. I'm sure once you tell me it will be clear as the nose on my face...but it is clear as mud at the moment.

It all harkens back to my childhood, Lori. Sorry I didn't make it any clearer. The first line is what happened in those days left me with heartache inside. Second line something needs to be done to ease the pain, but it cannot be. Last two lines is just a memory of not so happy birthdays . . . Ah, I think I need to give my poetry a rest.
