you brought me dark stem candy flavoring
said it was not something you just offered
but sometimes left around for the craving

and yes, my mind would dwell there with dawn
where your white petals of shimmer tree open
to bathe the sighs songs of a wanting god

I was randy bold perhaps with my expressions
but there was honesty in my glancing whispers
and perhaps you knew of that need I defined

how it was something gloving just for your nectar
