the moon hangs heavy, bright orange and large tonight I am consumed with its beauty I look away I don't know, something different about it but I take another look feel like the strange moon has enveloped me that feeling dissolves my wariness still, I feel my flesh crawl the silhouette darts in and out of the moon's luster I don't know maybe I am hallucinating the silhouette looks familiar I'm not sure it isn't even there oooh, the orange brightness of the moon wraps me in its embrace I feel intimacy complete the silhouette who is it up there have I finally seen the man in the moon ~*~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

Jerry, I love the moon and all its different expressions. It was awfully dark last night and I missed it very much! I liked this write. Lori |

Yes, Lori, when the moon is not visible it makes for a bleak night for sure. Thank you for your input. ~*~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~*~ |
