Such are the shackles of longing, the sky is our parasol, connecting our rainbow, birthed in the storm painted rhapsody, where we are pawns, lovestricken fools stymied by timezones in the quicksand of distance, you on the east, me facing west where even our hearts cross in the scat notes of disarray, while we wait an eternity, to lay in our brass bed of fulfillment for the resting of our souls, longing, waiting.
