it was another endless summer sunday
the band was playing santana songs
and the harley tin was perfumed
with leather and chrome seduction

she had wild hair and dark skin
smoking a cohiba with her gringo
in his ventura art walk shirt
walking jaunty as if comfortable

in her skin in that silk blouse
letting things move around natural
and the jeans too, were easy going
how they fit her like gloving glances

and I wondered about you then, and smiled

Daark,
I don't believe I have ever read anything quite like what you write. I like it  very much, maybe too much. Looking forward to reading more!

Love this...most of all your closing line.

You are the perfect scenographer, dear D. And that last line is the seductive conclusion ... when something and/or someone reminds us of someone special.
