hyperventilation is a grim taskmaster frustration is its foreplay you don't recognize it . . . there are no warnings no flashing bright lights screaming look out! look out! danger! danger! it creeps upon you like a deadly anaconda wrapping its coils around you slowly making it difficult to breathe much too late you realize you're suffocating as you are deep into the death throes you try to trace down this hyperventilation from whence it came an easy task it was there all along you knew it you just decided to look the other way meanwhile the anaconda keeps on constricting ~*~ I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. I can't put it down. ~*~ |

Not a good day when the big old snake gets the better of you. Wait for the butterfly, she comes soon enough |

Very scary. I have felt this only a few times in my life. Don't want to do it again. Ida |

Yes, Ida, it is very scary. I finally have medicine that seems to work. I thank whoever figured it all out and put it in a pill form. Yes. ~*~ I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. I can't put it down. ~*~ |

Hyperventilation... Whew! Sounds exhausting! I'm really glad you're feeling better now and that there's a remedy for the condition. Yes, for sure, thank goodness for modern medicine. Enjoyed! |

Exhausting isn't the word for it, Bob. How about total fear? Anyway, with the medicine I can keep the attacks to a minimum and if I have one it isn't as bad as it used to be. Thanks for chiming in . . . ~*~ I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. I can't put it down. ~*~ |

Liked your use of the Anaconda metaphor - had a girl friend years ago that would hyperventilate when she got excited and she had asthma - - - sometimes she scared me to death. So, in that way, I can empathize, my friend. Good write. j. |

Yes I know about asthma, J., I'm not afflicted with it but I understand. Yes, it is most assuredly scary. ~*~ I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. I can't put it down. ~*~ |

Oh yes it does really bite, kingsangel. You speak of it as if you have dealt with it, and if so, I hope it is in your past. Thank you for being here . . . ~*~ The Energizer bunny was arrested and charged with battery. ~*~ |
