Never greener your attire at this, the promised hour with the deluge that wraps upon your tender frame. |

I can relate to "downpour," EmmaRose. It has been doing that here since last night, twice today and calling for more tonight. Liked you poem and the title caught my eye. ~*~ I stayed up all night to see where the sun went. Then it dawned on me. ~*~ |

I feel this with all my six senses, EmmaRose. Your poem is beautiful, sensitive, touching and excellent, as always. Owl |

As I read your poem, in my eyes, the sycamore stood out so strong that the downpour went around and didn't even touch her. Anyways, thanks so much for sharing your vision with us. Enjoyed! |

I love Sycamore's - have a 20 year old one outside my bedroom window, blocking the West sun in the evenings. I love everything about them, except raking the leaves in the fall... yuk!! Cool write, my friend. j. |

So very lovely. I'd love to see a Sycamore in or out of the rain. Alison |

Lovely, lovely. With so few words, you manage a visual of a bride wearing green, caught in a downpour. (psst--it's okay, I know I'm weird.) much enjoyed. |
