While on duty
the guard slept sound
as the evil reaper crept around.
So before our very eyes
he was able to claim his prize.
Like Persephone
she was stolen away...
and winter came.

I am so very, very sorry, Ida.

This was beautiful, even in its sadness, Ida.  A long, cold winter I'm far too familiar with.  (Hugs) to you.

I want to reach out with a long tender hug, dear Ida. On this Mother's day (in Europe it's today) may you know how much you are loved, even from a sideral distance, your daughter's soul connects with yours. May you feel her as she whispers her forever love to you and just whisper back ...

Very intense, poignant poem.

Much love.

I felt the vibrations as I read this of a sting, a mother's pain, and still, there is beauty in all, when the poet's tender heart speaks.

Sorry for your loss and I can only imagine that it's very very difficult, but, still, hoping your springs get a bit longer each year.  Enjoyed!
