Transience and Unity dance in the long-shadow sunset beyond the careworn day learn to be gentle as the Spring twilight evening breeze let your mind and spirit quiet and turn clear as moonlight in wilderness dream with the spinning galaxies on this star-tipped night rejoice in the boundless potential of each fine new-morning dawn humbly contemplate the rolling-seasons cadence of ten thousand years and know with infinite certainty the very nature of things … that all is flux and all is one --- b. e. adams [5/11/2013] [This message has been edited by secondhanddreampoet (05-11-2013 06:34 PM).] |

A fine soul-searching poem, Bruce. The advice you lent the reader was certainly good advice, if only taken to heart. My favorite was . . . quote: ~*~ I stayed up all night to see where the sun went. Then it dawned on me. ~*~ |

Bruce, I am sure you are sick of hearing that a current poem is my favourite of yours, so I am trying very hard not to say it again - but not succeeding. This is my favourite of yours, so there! I said it! I suppose, if truth be told, if I had to read them all and choose one of those many favourites, I probably couldn't. For the record, I did as you suggested in your poem, and oh boy, did I need it right now!!! This poem is so calming and reassuring and so beautiful beyond beautiful. I am going to put this into my secondhanddreampoet folder and re-read it many times as a stress-reliever and simply to imbibe the beauty of the poem. Owl |

Mr. J. and Ms. D. ... thank you so much my talented friends, for your very kind comments about this most recent of my ever-so-humble lil' "poetic scribbles!" |

It's magnificent in its whole, but I just want to quote this: quote: because that alone would just make an immense difference for humanity! ![]() Simply wonderful, dear Bruce. Margherita |
