She was chopped into little pieces She didn't, nor couldn't see the power within pieces for him pieces for her pieces for it pieces for them He thought he needed to give away his pieces to feel alive He found out he was human when all his pieces were taken And he didn't have any more super-giving to give away taken by her taken by him given to it given to them They stood still, looking, mirroring, searching Aware in their stillness They touched the power within, and touched them all with it touching her touching him touching it touching them With their Pieces ------------------------------------- E.M.L. |
